The NUS MBA Mentorship Programme offers a valuable platform for alumni to give back to the NUS community while staying engaged with the next generation of business leaders. As a volunteer mentor, you can guide and inspire current MBA students by sharing your industry insights, leadership experiences, and career advice. The six-month programme, running from October to March each year, facilitates meaningful connections through at least two to three mentor-mentee interactions—whether through face-to-face/Zoom meetings, coffee chats, or office visits. Beyond mentorship, this initiative fosters a dynamic exchange of knowledge and expands professional networks between students and the wider business community, creating lasting relationships that enrich both mentors and mentees.
